Den \u00e4r skadad, s\u00e5 jag har gjort lite arbete p\u00e5 den f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 fram texten. Om ni vill se originalet av Chartern s\u00e5 hittar ni\n                      den i bystugan.<\/p>\n                    <p>Det \u00e4r ganska intressant att orden grundades 1885 i G\u00f6teborg och redan 4 oktober, 1888 grundades orden i Hjortn\u00e4s, s\u00e5 det var snabbt marscherat.<\/p>\n                    <p>Templet i Hjortn\u00e4s fick namnet \u201d<strong>Templet nr.165 Syskonhemmet af Templar Orden<\/strong>\u201d. Det var tio stycken som installerades som de f\u00f6rsta ordensmedlemmar:<\/p>\n                    <p>E. class=\"\">\n                    <p>Det \u00e4r l\u00e4tt f\u00f6rvirrande att l\u00e4sa protokollsboken f\u00f6r Hjortn\u00e4s &#8211; Sunnan\u00e4ngs byar. Fr\u00e5n b\u00f6rjan var det Hjortn\u00e4s &#8211; Sunnan\u00e4ngs byam\u00e4n som handhade alla \u00e4renden som skedde i byn. Det innebar att de tog beslut om v\u00e4gar, skog, jakt, skolan,\n                      s\u00e4desmagasin, ja kort allt inom byn.<\/p>\n                    <p>Ett stort ansvar l\u00e5g hos de valda byam\u00e4nnen som skulle verkst\u00e4lla st\u00e4mmans beslut och m\u00e5ste ha varit ganska tungrott.<\/p>\n                    <p>S\u00e5 med \u00e5rens g\u00e5ng delades f\u00f6reningen upp i flera delar:<\/p>\n                    <p>Hjortn\u00e4s &#8211; Sunnan\u00e4ngs byam\u00e4n, aktiv\n                      <br>Byggnadsf\u00f6reningen Wasasalen UPA, 1910-1950<span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 16px; font-family: &quot;Open Sans&quot;; color: rgb(23, 37, 42);\"><br>Hjortn\u00e4s \u2013 Sunnan\u00e4ngs jakt- och fiskev\u00e5rdsf\u00f6rening, 1912 &#8211;<br>Hjortn\u00e4s och Sunnan\u00e4ngs skifteslags gemensamma f\u00f6rvaltning, 1942 &#8211; 2007<br>Hjortn\u00e4s Sunnan\u00e4ngs samf\u00e4llighetsf\u00f6rening2007 &#8211;<\/span><\/p>\n                    <p>1910 tog Byggnadsf\u00f6reningen Wasasalen UPA \u00f6ver gamla skolhuset p\u00e5 grund att Hjortn\u00e4s \u2013 Sunnan\u00e4ngs byam\u00e4n inte hade tillr\u00e4ckligt med medel f\u00f6r att reparera och driva fastigheten l\u00e4ngre. (I princip var det samma personer som satt i den\n                      styrelsen som i Byam\u00e4nnen). Genom att Byggnadsf\u00f6reningen Wasasalen UPA blev en egen f\u00f6rening s\u00e5 fick dom egna stadgar och egen protokollsbok fram till 1966 innan dom helt gick upp i Hjortn\u00e4s \u2013 Sunnan\u00e4ngs byam\u00e4n, fast f\u00f6reningen upph\u00f6rde\n                      formellt vid Byggnadsf\u00f6reningen Wasa extra st\u00e4mma den 17\/12 1950<\/p>\n                    <p>Vid byst\u00e4mman den 21 april 1912 ans\u00e5g m\u00e5nga att det var problem med att h\u00e5lla ordning p\u00e5 jakten och fisket i byarna och f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 ordning p\u00e5 detta s\u00e5 bildades det en jakt- och fiskev\u00e5rdsf\u00f6rening f\u00f6r byarna och d\u00e5 f\u00f6rsvann ansvaret\n                      fr\u00e5n byam\u00e4nnen att sk\u00f6ta \u00e4ven denna fr\u00e5ga.<\/p>\n                    <p>N\u00e4r den nya skolan lades ner 1936 och skolverksamheten flyttades till T\u00e4llberg, upph\u00f6rde \u00e4ven ansvaret f\u00f6r Byam\u00e4nnen att driva skolans verksamhet och sk\u00f6tsel.<\/p>\n                    <p>Den 22 juni 1942 blev det formellt en uppdelning av Hjortn\u00e4s \u2013 Sunnan\u00e4ngs byam\u00e4n verksamhet. F\u00f6r det utmynnade i att Hjortn\u00e4s och Sunnan\u00e4ngs skifteslags gemensamma f\u00f6rvaltning bildades. I Hjortn\u00e4s &#8211; Sunnnan\u00e4ng Byam\u00e4n har alla fastighetsinnehavare\n                      i byarna r\u00f6str\u00e4tt medan i Hjortn\u00e4s Sunnan\u00e4ngs samf\u00e4llighetsf\u00f6rening har endast fastigheter med andel i samf\u00e4lld mark r\u00f6str\u00e4tt. Hjortn\u00e4s och Sunnan\u00e4ngs skifteslags gemensamma f\u00f6rvaltning hade som uppgift att f\u00f6rvalta gemensamma v\u00e4gar,\n                      skogar och annan allm\u00e4n mark s\u00e5 kallad undantag och styrelsen utser och f\u00f6rdelar b\u00e5thusplatser.<\/p>\n                    <p>S\u00e5 fram\u00f6ver delades arbetsuppgifter upp mellan f\u00f6reningarna men genom att det satt i princip samma folk i b\u00e4gge styrelserna och att dom hade m\u00f6tena efter varandra under samma dag, blev gr\u00e4nsdragningen mellan \u00e4renden v\u00e4ldigt luddiga\n                      om vad dom egentligen beslutade om.<\/p>\n                    <p>B\u00e5de Byam\u00e4nnen och den gemensamma f\u00f6rvaltningen hade samma protokollsbok fram till 1971.S\u00e5 med \u00e5ren f\u00f6rvandlades Hjortn\u00e4s &#8211;
